What we provide

We sell software (and optional installation services). We do not operate, host, or provide access to a live lottery on your behalf. Any live deployment is created and run by you (the purchaser) on infrastructure you control.

Digital products & licensing

Source Code (Unlimited Sites): one-time purchase grants a license to deploy on unlimited websites you own/control.
Installation (Single Use): one-time purchase grants a license for a single deployment and includes installation assistance.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the script or source code as-is.

End-user responsibility (legal & licensing)

You are solely responsible for:

ensuring you have any required permissions, licenses, or approvals to run a lottery / raffle / draw in your jurisdiction,
adding any required terms, age checks, geoblocking, disclosures, and user-facing policies,
and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party requirements.

We are not responsible for your licensing status, compliance decisions, or any disputes arising from how you deploy or operate the software.

No financial or legal advice

Nothing on this website is financial, legal, or investment advice. Crypto assets involve risk.

Availability & changes

We may update content, pricing, or availability at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or software.

No refunds (digital products)

Due to the nature of digital products and source code, all sales are final. Once a digital download, installation link, or source materials are provided, we do not offer refunds.
